De Grazia Bohlin nr 207 (II/II). Good impression of 2nd state (of 2), the date changed. Upper left corner turn off; some small creases. Thread margins on three sides; small margin at foot. Watermark : anchor (?) encircled and topped with a star. Plate forming frontispiece of “Opera omnia” by Aldrovandi in 1606.

Bartsch Ill. nr 30 (172). Good impression trimmed on or out the borderline, printed by two plates, one in light green, the other in black. Folds and creases mostly visible in raking light, some inherent at the edition; held by the left edge on a sheet of framing.
cf New Hollstein (van Ostade) nr 24 copy d. Very good impression. Slight oxidation of the sheet; some very slight creases, mostly one horizontal. Thread margins on three sides. Our engraving takes up that A. van Ostade which dates from ca 1652. The state of our impression is indescribed.

Hollstein nr 65 (II/II). Good impression of 2nd state (of 2). Some creases mostly on the corners; three or four very short marginal tears or incoming very slightly in the platemark, some reinforced. Small margins. Edition of the end of XVIth or beginning of XVIIth century. Watermark : standing bishop (?) and letter “CIV” (?).
Hollstein nr 15. Good impression of the only state. Oxidation of the sheet; foxings; four wormhole or by pin; some vertical creases. Small margins. Watermark : stationer’s name and coat of arms (?). Edition probably slightly late. The painting by Rubens (and his workshop) is preserved à l’Académie de View.
Poncetton nr 60 (I/II). Very good impression on laid paper of first state (of two), avant des travaux à la pointe sèche, signed and annotated “1e état – 1ère épreuve”. Soft creases at top; two tiny thin paper areas. Good margins. Rare.
New Hollstein (Stradanus) nr 327 (I/III). Very good impression of first state (of 3), awith Philippe Galle’s address. Some tiny pinholes; some very rare stains and slight creases mostly marginal. Good margins. Plate to the set of “New inventions of Modern Times”. Watermark : double C crowned.
Beraldi nr 341 (VIII/IX). Good impression on japan paper, of 8th state (of 9), before the letter, dedicated and signed by pen. Some very rare defects in the subject; some small marginal accidents; foxing on the back.
Robert-Dumesnil nr 98 (?/IV); cf Bartsch XV 267.98. Very good impression trimmed at the borderline of an indetermined state (of 4). Glued by the edges on laid paper; two small tears, one in the upper left corner, other in the letter; creases mostly soft and rare other defects.
