Bliss undescribed. L.A.L. nr 678. Superb impression on laid paper of first state (of 2), before the trees are limbed, signed. Edition in this state of 20 impressions.

Good impression on wove paper trimmed at the subject, probably by the artist.

P. de Baudicour nr 1 (I/III). Very good impression of first state (of 3), before the changes in the letter. Creases; small marginal stain. Small margins. Very rare. Provenance : A. Bonafous-Murat (acquired in 2001).

J. Lieure nr 1416 (V/V). Good impression of the last state. A few rare small frayed edges; small tear at top near the right corner; small stain at left top. Thread margins. Edition of XIXth century.

I.F.F. nr 1247. Very good impression. Some slight creases at top; glued by the upper angles on old laid paper. Small margins. A scholar, collector, and bibliophile, Trichet du Fresne served notably as librarian to Gaston d’Orléans and later to Christina of Sweden.

Robert Dumesnil nr 44 (III/III). Good impression of the last state, with the last works. The tablet at foot slightly trimmed of 8mm. Small margins on three sides. Slight creases in the corners; two pinhole. Edition probably of XIXth century.

In 8, two volumes, second edition. Bound in contemporary brown calf. Defects to the binding, aux coiffes and aux dos, a few foxings, la gravure de Rembrandt “La Faiseuse de Kons” présentant some foxings and/or stains. Bellini nr 38 (II/II). Good impression of 2nd state (of 2), with the words “An Carac”. Soft vertical crease; a few other slight creases; slight empoussiérage. Small margins.

Préaud nr 2. Good impression very slightly trimmed, the letter trimmed, of the only state. Two or three tiny stains and creases. Watermark : large eagle. Edition probably slightly tardive.

Incomplete, partially bound set of twenty-one plates (At least the title is missing). Very good impressions. Some very rare stains, pinpoint or creases. Small or good margins exept for two plates. A charming and rare set—combining birds, plants, and insects—by a little-known French engraver. Rare, even when incomplete.

Vives e Pique nr 27. Good impression on laid paper, with the signature stamp (Lugt 942). Some very slight foxings and a few very slight creases. Good margins.

cf Bartsch XIV-242. Very good impression trimmed in the platemark, before the letter. A few short tears; long diagonal break at left; creases and other small defects. Our engraving copy in the same direction that of Marco Dente, but without the letter nor certain minors works.

Duplessis nr ? J. Lothe nr 4. Good impression irregularly trimmed at the platemark. Thin paper areas pronounceds in the upper corners.

Drawing on brown wove paper, situé and signed. Small tears along the edges; creases. The historic Bab El Jadid gate is located in the medina of Meknes.
