Robert-Dumesnil nr 105 to 119. Very good impressions. Complete set of a title, a frontispeice and thirteen plates. A foxing at the limit of the composition in plate 4; few rare small stains and marginal foxings otherwise very good condition. Edition about 1680-1700.
Bartsch nr 3. Nagler nr 529. Very good impression trimmed at the platemark, of the only state. Glued by points mainly on corners. Ex collection prince de Liechtenstein. Rare.
Van den Noort nr 121 (I/II). Very good impression on strong wove paper, of 1st state (of 2), before Delâtre’s address. Good margins. Rare. An impression encountered by Van den Noort of 1st state is annotated “tiré à 8 épr.”
P. de Baudicour nr 12. Wildenstein nr 21 (I/II). Very good impression of the first state (of two), before the number. Rare marginal creases. Good margins.
Schneiderman nr 26 (VIII/X). Superb impression on china paper applied on wove paper, of 8th state (of 10) published by “L’Artiste” in 1852. Small marginale stain; slightly dusty on the margins. Good margins. Our impression, although relatively common because published in the magazinr “L’Artiste”, release a magnificent light, especially due to beige china paper.
New Hollstein nr 188 (II?/II). Good impression trimmed at the platemark, trimmed of 1 or 2 mm at top, of first or 2nd state (of 2). Upper left corner missing, the other with small lack; two vertical creases and other small defects. Edition of the second half of XVIe century. Watermark : small eagle (?).
Hollstein nr 4. Very good impression irregularly trimmed at the platemark, of 2nd state (of 3). Small tear of about 20mm repaired, in the upper left corner, tiny other small defects. Fourth plate in a series of twelve “Horses”. Ex collection Camesina de Pornal (Lugt 429) and A. P. van den Briel (Lugt 407a).
Delteil nr 3 (III/III). Thorn nr . Very good impression on japan paper of the last state. Wide margins. This plate is inspired by the bronze sculpture created by the artist in 1883, depicting his wife.
