Beraldi nr 517. Bouillon Af 11 (?/V). Very good impression on old laid paper, of an indetermined state, probably print with “cache-lettre”. Small marginal stains. Good margins.
Beraldi nr 16; I.F.F. nr 133. Very good impression on laid paper, with many retouchs with pencil by the artist with a view to a possible reduction of the platemark. Slight oxidation at the window of an old mounting. Good margins. Very rare. Ex collection H. M. Petiet.
Beraldi nr 341 (VIII/IX). Good impression on japan paper, of 8th state (of 9), before the letter, dedicated and signed by pen. Some very rare defects in the subject; some small marginal accidents; foxing on the back.
Bourcard and Goodfriend nr 20. Superb trial impression on japan paper, printed in violet, of 2nd state (of 3), before scratching platemark. Wide margins.
Boucard and Goodfriend nr 168 (IV/V) and 51. Very good impression on parchemin printed in two tons, black and sepia, of 4e state (of 5), before the (rayure du cuivre). Good margins. The right part of the platemark was engraved by Buhot ca 1875-1877, then the artist engraved the left side ten years later.
