Hollstein nr 12 (I/IV). Very good impression of first state (of 4), with Swanevelt’s address. A small épidermure on center; an other (?) repaired in the sky at right; small stains in the angles and a few very short tears aux bords. Thread margins.
cf Hind nr 279. Very good impression on strong laid paper, engraved in the manner of niello. Oxidation of the sheet, mostly on the back; small foxings mostly marginal. Good margins. There does not appear to be an early printing. Edition about 1800.
J. Lieure nr 1416 (V/V). Good impression of the last state. A few rare small frayed edges; small tear at top near the right corner; small stain at left top. Thread margins. Edition of XIXth century.
P. de Baudicour nr 1 (I/III). Very good impression of first state (of 3), before the changes in the letter. Creases; small marginal stain. Small margins. Very rare. Provenance : A. Bonafous-Murat (acquired in 2001).
Hollstein nr 7 (IV ?/ VI). Good impression of 4th state ? / of 6, before Mariette’s address (?). Creases essentially on the right side. Small margins. Watermark : papermaker’s mark. Plate for the set of six “landscapes in the vicinity of Rome”.
Hollstein nr 329. Very good impression of the only state (?). Small tear hâtivement repaired in the upper left corner; vertical median crease and some other small creases. Small margins. Watermark : countermark “IV”. Second plate for a set of five landscapes.
Hollstein nr142. Very good impression. A few small thin areas paper, mostly on the corners and rubbing traces. Thread margins. Our impression dates from the early days of the mezzotint technique. From an unidentified collection.

Incomplete, partially bound set of twenty-one plates (At least the title is missing). Very good impressions. Some very rare stains, pinpoint or creases. Small or good margins exept for two plates. A charming and rare set—combining birds, plants, and insects—by a little-known French engraver. Rare, even when incomplete.
I.F.F. nr 68 and 59. Good impressions, which could serve as a counterpart, to the future Louis XVIII and his wife. The portrait of the Count of Provence with some foxings and creases; creases at the second with a small foxing on the front. Good margins.
