REMBRANDT Harmensz van RIJN – Femme nue sur un tertre, ca 1631

New Hollstein nr 88 (II/II). Impression widely trimmed on three sides (160 x 118 instead of 177 x 160); of 2nd state (of 2), the platemark used but very probably printing in XVIIth century. Some strong thin paper areas reinforced on the back, some se déchirant; a pinpoint on the cuisse; old inscription on the back and rests of glue on the back. It doesn’t exist pas de tirage “Basan” of this plate.
