Préaud nr 387, 389 to 391. Very good impressions trimmed out the borderline of the only state. Small creases in P. 390; tip of the lower angles torn off and slight oxidation in P. 391. Rare. Although not a serie according to M. Préaud, this four landscapes seems to us to constitute a homogeneous whole, by their dimensions and their subject. We can compare these engravings to the engraved landscapes of Laurent de La Hyre et from the famous painting by Poussin “Et in Arcadia ego”.
